Out of all the work backpacks I've owned this Dell one is the best for the work I do (computer laptop repair). It has so much space inside!It has different pockets for different bits of kit, and a protected (padded) pocket for your laptop and a mobile phone too.It's hard wearing, I take the train a lot and it gets thrown about a tad, I've had the bag for 2 years now and it's still as functional as it was when purchased, and it's certainly protected my laptop from a lot of damage!For me it was definitely worth the extra £10-20 to purchase this one over the base Fell bag I was originally looking at.

Thought this was a great bag until today! I have a XPS Dell Laptop 15inch and brought this bag to match and look smart also. It did both of these, but today I dropped my bag from about knee level. I thought it would be fine with good protection around the top and sides of the laptop area of the bag. But soon to find out that my laptop was damaged and very disappointed to find there was only the thickness of the bag material in the base. Great back if you can be certain not to drop of put extra protection in the bottom
