Bought these bands to stretch and strengthen my hips. As an older but active soccer player, my hips seem to be the trouble spot for weakness, so I bought the bands for the abductors and flexors. Using these has also helped with some lower back stiffness. Easy to use, you can change the resistance with little effort. Highly quality cuffs and bands. Very pleased.

I purchased 2 sets for my sons (one runs track in college and the other runs track and plays football in high school). The quality is excellent, they are easy to put on/use, and are excellent for training for any type of running (speed, multi-directional, explosiveness). Well worth the price!

The media could not be loaded.  First set had a band snap on me, after a couple months, just used the stronger one, I let victoremgear know and they sent me a replacement free of charge, great customer service, these things are pretty cheap so it's a good small investment for serious athletes, I am adding 2 stars from my previous review because of the outstanding customer service from @victoremgear. This product worked great for a little while, after 2 months of use eventually the seams started to come loose on one of the straps and then came off all the way i had to resow it and now the other one is starting to do the same.

I'm not going to go on and on here, you just need these!Great product to reinforce knee drive, challenge the hip flexors and extensors, and good for resistence speed work. They are comfortable and have little to no slipping if put on properly. These are great for youth athletes to really reinforce good running technique. They are also great to use in fitness for added resistance.The only downside is cuff size. I am extremely hesitant to use it with my larger athletes as I only have a few sets and don't want to risk breaking one just yet.Overall good peace of equipment to have in the tool bag.

Killer deal! Normally i am a name brand kind of guy but the last two workout items i bought literally upset me. So i figured if i bought and up and coming item they might have better material as they need to establish themselves. I guessed right. This is a fantastic product and i really hope the company gets the recognition it deserves.Keep making the high quality product and ill keep returning. thank bro!

Bought as a replacement for another set that I lost, so thought I'd try these. These are simple, and so far haven't noticed that they slip even when there's a little sweat. Last set that was the issue I'd have mostly, but ironically, material seems the same, so should be the same result. Possibility because the length is not as long, but still long enough so wraps around fine, but like that they are shorter. Would buy again.

So far a perfect workout addition. I'm a trainer and these work great for sports training. My son is trying them for his conditioning and I used them for my workout to build more lateral strength. Works great for lunges, lateral walks, plyometric hops, shuffles, mountain climbers. Definitely worth the price for the 3 levels of resistance. Still on yellow, the starter. Great to use for rehabilitation for hips and any other injuries that you need to be specific with. Love them.
