Blazing Fast, Rock Solid, and Reliable – Perfect for Creative Work and Backup
I’ve been using the Crucial X10 Pro 2TB for a few weeks now and I’m seriously impressed. The advertised speeds (up to 2100MB/s read and 2000MB/s write) aren’t just marketing fluff—this drive flies. Large video files, RAW photo backups, and even full macOS Time Machine backups copy across in minutes, not hours.I’m using it with both a Mac Mini (M1) and a Windows laptop, and the USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 interface has worked flawlessly with both. It comes pre-formatted in exFAT, which is handy for cross-platform use, but I reformatted it for APFS on my Mac without any issues.Build quality is excellent. It’s compact, sturdy, and has a soft-touch rubberised finish that feels nice in the hand. I’ve taken it out on shoots and it’s held up well in bags, in pockets, and even in light rain—IP55 water and dust resistance gives real peace of mind.Pros:Extremely fast read/write speeds (real-world tests were close to spec)Compact and durable designWorks on both Mac and PCFeels premium and ruggedStays cool even with heavy file transfersCons:USB-C cable is a little short (as usual!)Pricier than basic SSDs, but you’re paying for top-tier performanceIf you’re a photographer, videographer, or just want a fast, trustworthy backup drive, the Crucial X10 Pro is a solid investment. Highly recommended.

Great drives, tiny, well made and reliable.
Very good, well made, fast external SSD. Easy to use, tiny in size, has a USB C connection and a short cable included. The capacity is good but they are quite expensive. I would recommend these though as had no issues and have two now.

very surprised how small this is.
I was very surprised how small this thing is, you can actually attatch it to a keyring, even the Crucial X6 which I bought a while ago is bigger than this drive, I like that it also has a activity light, right where the keyring attatches, great little drive and feels solid it measures 2" x 2.5" and has a thikness of about 1cm. Would recommend.**UPDATE**After using this for a few days now, the drive became unrecognised on my PC and I ended up losing lots of files, as I had to use partitioning and formatting software to get the drive recognised again. I would highly recommend as soon as you buy this drive, to download the software for it "Crucial Storage Executive" and run the firware update for the drive, as it fixes/makes the drive more stable. My drive was reporting 3 bad sectors, which I was able to fix, so make sure you update the drive to latest firmware before doing anything else, otherwise you may lose data like I did.

Do not buy this product or from this company customer service from crucial is terrible.
I have only and this product two months and it has drastically failed on me with data still on there but no way of accessing the drive as it suddenly after 24 hours of working suddenly stopped mounting on my Mac after trying many steps to get the drive working from basic steps to various in depth technical steps I am having to fund to get the data taken from the drive as Crucial are not willing to recover the data like other companies such as various other companies do if your drive fails within the year warranty as well as replacing the drive which have only offered.I find this as a huge company that is a big name in the tech industry does not do this as mentioned above i will not be buying from crucial again as the service provided is below standard.yes people are going to say I should back up but then why is the onus being put on me and if i had this 8 months r even past the warranty i can understand but only using it for two months max i dont expect this to happen and is a first for me.Also why are crucial a big name in the tech game not offering services i now have to pay out for out of my own pocket for something that was not my fault and especially when other big companies offer this.

Great for 4K video storage.
Just what I needed to download video files to whilst on my EU tour of the sunny bits. From micro SD to this 2Tb SSD fast & furious. Worth paying extra for the quicker read/write speed.Because they are expensive, I gave it 4*'s; other than that, it is great. And so bloody small, just hope I don't lose it.

Impressive SSD
Very fast SSD if you have the right USB 3.2 Gen 2 2X2 port that will allow you to get the max read and write speeds. Speeds have been quite steady while transferring with minimal heat issues. The SSD is quite small and portable, but also feels quite rugged. Excellent external SSD.

It's reliable for transferring large files and quickly!
I love this product! It's really fast to upload files making my files transfer easily & not time consuming. With it's large capacity I can transfer a lot of files from my devices. Price is mid range. But I highly recommend this for it's reliability.
