I recommend these over the regular gummy melatonin that do not have the time-release additive. My daughters both suffer with sleep issues and I noticed a HUGE difference in how they are not only able to fall asleep more quickly, but they both stay asleep 95% more through the night with these, then they were with the ones that didn't have the time-release ability. These are the best! I have really bad insomnia and these put me to sleep in a matter of 30 minutes and I stay sleep throughout the night. That's the best part that I love about them, because I usually wake up in the middle of the night, and then I can't get back to sleep to get adequate rest needed to function. Which leaves me tired throughout the day...but these help me get the sleep and stay sleep so that I have the energy I need to conquer my day! I sleep like a baby for about 6-7 hours, sometimes a bit longer vs. my 2-4 hours and I wake up energized! Definitely recommend these to the night owls!

Extended release helped me sleep longer. The 10 mg initial bolus was great for getting to sleep, not so great for continuing to sleep. Tasty.

I have had trouble sleeping for years. I've had prescriptions in the past that worked but gave me some crazy dreams. I switched to melatonin a couple of years ago and it does work. I just bought the timed release which is new to the market.I don't see much of a difference but I never had problems with waking up in the middle of the night.The only thing that I've found is that every brand says that you'll get 'sleep longer'. I don't but wish I could. I've had sleep studies and I know I'm not getting enough zzzz. I do fall asleep faster - no more tossing & turning.

I got these for my husband. He was using another brand that costs more. But when I got these he said he believes they work just as well as the more expensive ones.

It may have tasted good, but my digestive system did not tolerate them. I also did not sleep better at all. Yes, I keep lights and phones out of view. I do not have caffeine or excessive fluids after 3PM. It just wasn't for me.
