This works really well.My Dr had prescribed this once before when I was suffering constipation, and it worked, so I was pretty confident in purchasing it.I managed to get this 'same day delivery', much quicker than a GP appointment

These new sachets (they're smaller than the older versions) seem to taste better, making them easier to take.They were never particularly unpleasant, but I think these taste just that bit nicer.They're very easy to take, just mix with a drink,and they work gently.They don't so much make you go rushing off, but make it gentler when you do go.They will work differently for everyone I suspect, but for me they tend to work overnight.Happy to recommend, they're very useful to have at home. This thing works, I wish i had bought it earlier. Taste is great and gets to work on time. I will surely recommend.

Eventually turned up! No longer needed though. But I know quite a few people who have used this and it has been effective. Item returned.

Works a treat, good for holidays

Does the job, makes the going great!! Mix one sachet into a small glass of water, knock it back - it's not unpleasant - and wait for the results. Some might prefer to keep to the more natural Senna method though.
