The equipment they sent to make the watch smaller works good, however if you’re like me, you need more than just two. They did break easily. I order another jewelry watch adjuster kit and it was smooth sailing once I got the hang of it

Looks good. Gave 4 stars because directions to remove links were difficult. Ultimately ended up removing several and I like how it looks layered with bracelets.

I’m beyond aggravated, all the small screws with the end that is supposed to push out the pins broke, it’s so hard, one of the pins is bent and stuck in the link, and i cannot wear this watch.
