Very comfortable can use any place. I use it in my car to help support my restless legs while driving. I love it..it helps my pain. I highly recommend this for anyone that needs a little comfort. Great price it's thick in all the right places. And it's functional and stays in place in the seat.

This is my 3rd purchase of the Everlasting Comfort product.. The material is firm yet comfortable, and the ergonomic design does make a noticeable difference. For $24 my wife and I are both pretty happy with this butt pad. I have chronic, medicated, injected lower lumbar pain as well as disc issues and my wife has intermittent hip pain that requires her to get periodic steroid injections. Since buying and using these pads, we've both noticed a dramatic decrease in our pain levels. So I don't understand why this is such a frequently returned item. I've had mine for about a month, it's holding up well and definitely decreases overall pain levels. It's not too soft nor too hard. Especially for the price I really can't complain. It's not five star worthy but it's a solid four star.

I have stenosis of my lower spine and use everlasting comfort pillows all the time, and bring them with me. They prevent exasperation of my spinal issues and let me participate in everything. This wedge style is new to me, and I now use it in my car. The wedge front, being thinner than other models, makes sure my legs don't get crowded against the steering wheel and let's me stretch out my legs to meet the pedals. My husband, who doesn't have back issues, finds them wonderfully comfortable for long car trips. Also, at 6", the thinner wedge style doesn't raise him up too high to sit comfortably in the car.

This was the right thickness for my seat (car) but unfortunately not long enough to help with relieving sciatica pain.

Comfortable as advertised. Backing decreases/prevents slipping. Perfect for the exact height I needed to see better when I drive!
