This product did work for me. In one week I dropped 6lbs because I was so backed up. First day I steeped for 1 min. It did nothing. Day 2 I steeped it for 5 min and I drank it at 5pm everyday. Around 3-4am my stomach was cramping. I went to the bathroom at 8-9am. This happened few days later as I steeped it again for 5min. I kept getting lighter and lighter. On the 4th day I steeped it for 8min. Same result. I will try steeping it for 10min next. I went regular to the bathroom it wasn’t anything crazy. Mild stomach cramping for me. The taste for me was great. I am an avid tea drinker so without sugar it’s a normal black tea taste. The only down side that it says product may contain lead so I am probably not going to make a daily / weekly habit. I bought it mainly because I was super backed up and I needed a natural way to get rid of body waste. It works.

These do work great. But not overly strong. On a full stomach I have to take four. 2packets in one cup, morning and night to fully clean me out. I remember when 2 in one cup would get me rushing to the bathroom. Maybe I got a custom to them? Or the ones at the 99 cent store were different? I'm 6ft2 250lbs male. How ever, I'm eating more healthier and taking one or two a day and seems to be doing just fine. They work really well for my mom. Taste was awful in the beginning but after a year, I Chung it down without having to rise out my mouth. Pretty much a everyday drink for me. I've been off and on with it but now I'm constant with it every and is helping shed those pounds.

I was nervous so only took two big sips last night and already am having some tummy aches and went to the bathroom twice. It’s not bad, I still am having a casual chill day and getting things done so you don’t have to be like bedridden lol. I know you don’t want to hear this but drinking this tea does come with health risks ie contains lead, can cause you to lose important nutrients like potassium and calcium, and can effect natural bowel function so please have caution. I’ve already purchased it for the summer but i don’t intend to use this regularly or long term now that I know.
